You get a monogrammed blanket with name you choose (see pic below for example) you also get monogrammed bag full of goodies such as dog dish, toy, bowl with lid for water and bottle of water ( for trip home) puppy pads, poop baggies, small bag of cookies and folder full of info and coupons and A.k.c. papers supplies subject to availability
